Pazmac’s core business fundamentals are driven by our Quality Management System. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification has been upheld and maintained through annual audits and re-certification. We want our services to remain strong and be amongst the best in our industry.
To ensure precision quality and consistency, Pazmac has invested in four independent Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs). We accurately measure all dimensional requirements, including GD&T, tight tolerances and complex features.
The CMMs are located in the Pazmac Quality Assurance (QA) department which is temperature and humidity controlled to facilitate a stable testing environment.
With the imminent completion of ISO 13485 for medical parts manufacturing, Pazmac will have assembled another valuable building block and an important upgrade to our Quality Management Systems.
