Pazmac’s Commitment to Supporting Trades at High Schools

We are a manufacturing firm that creates professionals and strong leaders. We take pride in our motto, “Hire to Retire”. Not only does Pazmac provide a dynamic work environment, but we are also constantly striving to educate and upskill our team so they can be the best at what they do.

Pazmac’s commitment to nurturing vocational education supporting trades at a high school level has become a foundational component of our recruiting. We believe that helping these students prepare for the workforce through vocational programs ensures they are exposed to technical skills and valuable career-specific knowledge.

We make presentations to students in the Fraser Valley so they get a sense of what it is like to be a machinist at a precision parts manufacturing facility. We also offer tours of our manufacturing facility in Langley, BC. Seeing a precision parts manufacturer “In action” is intriguing and exciting for most students who have never ventured into a manufacturing facility before.

Pazmac makes donations every year to support educational tools, such as CNC programming training interfaces, for vocational training. By supporting these programs, we are helping students prepare for the workforce and facilitate career exploration. We want to assist in equipping students with practical skills, knowledge and opportunities they need to succeed.

We’re here to support the next generation of precision parts machinists!
