- Consistency – We are confident that our manufacturing processes and qualified team are capable of producing high-precision parts consistently. However, without the right inspection validation, it’s difficult to ensure that parts are being produced to the same specification every time. That is why we have extensive Metrology and Measuring Equipment, anchored by four Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs). These capabilities ensure the parts we manufacture meet specified tolerances and dimensional requirements.
- Compliance – We are ISO 9001-2015 Certified. This ISO certification is a globally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems that provides us with a framework to consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements. This level of certification is important to us so we can ensure customer satisfaction through continual improvement.
- Efficiency – Inspecting and validating parts at each stage of the manufacturing process helps to identify and correct issues early, reducing the risk of costly errors and delays.
